This policy explains what Antikr processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Who operates Antikr
Antikr: Antique Identifier is operated by Ideas All Day Ltd. This policy covers the iOS app and this website.
Data we process
- Saved collection: antique records, photos, and chat history you save are kept in the app's local store on your device.
- AI requests: the photos, optional description, and follow-up questions you choose to submit are sent through our AI proxy to Anthropic so the app can return a result.
- Security data: Apple DeviceCheck signals and basic request information may be processed to verify genuine app requests and prevent abuse.
- App analytics: Aptabase and TelemetryDeck receive limited feature, configuration, count, and reliability events. The production app does not include your photos, questions, AI answers, antique names, or raw error messages in those analytics events.
- Purchases and paywalls: Apple processes App Store payments. Superwall helps present paywalls and subscription experiences; we do not receive your card or bank details.
- Feedback and support: FeaturePortal, email, or other support channels process the information you intentionally submit to them.
- Website analytics: Vercel Analytics provides aggregate information about visits to this website.
Why we process it
- Return the identification, historical context, care guidance, and follow-up answers you request.
- Save your collection locally and provide export and sharing features.
- Operate subscriptions, measure product reliability, and understand which features are useful.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in photos, descriptions, or questions.
Service providers
We use Apple, our AI proxy hosting infrastructure, Anthropic, Aptabase, TelemetryDeck, Superwall, FeaturePortal, and Vercel to provide the functions described above. Their processing and retention practices are also governed by their own privacy terms. Data may be processed outside your country.
Retention and your choices
- Delete individual saved records in the app; uninstalling the app removes its local store from that device.
- Stop submitting photos or questions, or avoid the optional feedback tools.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of support information we control by contacting us.
AI requests and provider data are retained only as needed to deliver, secure, and operate their respective services, subject to provider settings and legal requirements. Support communications are retained while needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records.
No advertising sale or cross-app tracking
We do not sell personal data, show personalized advertising, or use app data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and limit the content sent to analytics. No system can guarantee absolute security. Antikr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
